Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
wow that's bad. these jokers just jumped to near the top of the list of targets. anyone got and invoices and letters from them ? their brochure misleads their clients as well. No surprise all PPCs mislead their clients. If they solved their client's parking problem the PPCS wouldn't make any money. That is rather obvious really.
Please be aware any driver attempting to make a reduced rate payment against a parking charge that is more than 14 days old will incur a further £5.00 administration charge in addition to the balance still owing.
'The adjudicator has powers to award costs against NPS in an appeal. The grounds for doing so are very few and such awards are very rare' I bet they are!!
just one sentence-so much to choose from. Usual PPC nonsense

"It is a criminal offence to "knowingly and wilfully" make an untrue statement in connection to an appeal to the independant adjudicator and at other stages of the enforcement process"
What CRIMINAL OFFENCE is there for saying an untruth to a PPC who do it ill the time anyway (this statement itself being an example?)
What INDEPENDANT adjudicator?
ENFORCEMENT process? Surely only courts can/do use an enforcement process?
Who changed the title? I hardly think I was wrong in using the word "Fraudulent"
That will be a mod looking out for the forum's welfare. Until such time as they get found guilty by a court of actual fraud, it is libellous to say "fraudulent" and the site is responsible for the comments made by its users.
Don't take it personally, when in doubt, err on the side of caution.
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
