Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
ok, had several Egg cards over the years, paid them off and opened new ones a year later, right now i have sent a data requesto egg twice, second time being on the 10 of Feb as far as i am aware they have 40 days to respond, which now we are over... any ideas what i should do next? am i able to force them to provide the data?
I would write back and give them a further 7 days to respond and if they fail, complain to the Information Commissioner.
Don't forget to send it recorded delivery
