the saga continues
whilst bank charges had been refunded to the account and long since spent, it turns out that my overdraftfacility, debit card and online access were all removed from me; this, despite the account being in credit.
i wrote to:

Abbey
PO Box 5129
MK9 2YN
for an explaination, and was told that this was due to 'activity' on the account. clearly this is no explaination at all so i have written again for clarification.
