Thread: Zenith Windows PPI

Hi, I took out a loan agreement for some windows back in 2001 - got really tricked with this one! Anyway due to recent PPI news thought I would re-claim the PPI as I didn't even realise that it was originally on the agreement, I have never taken PPI with any other company because I always thought it was useless!

So I contacted GE Capital - who are the financers on the original agreement. They have responded saying that Zenith sold the original policy so I should refer the case to them - is this correct? Although it was a Zenith salesman they produced a GE finance agreement and completed it so surely GE is responsible? Zenith are double glazing so would not be regulated by any finance institutions.

Any help on next steps would be useful.
