Swift/Norton.....
Hi everyone,
We are trying to claim back mis-sold PPI and unlawful charges on a mortgage we used to have with Swift Advances. This was arranged by the broker Norton Finance, whom I understand are the ones who we should request the PPI refund from.
We have sent an SAR to Swift and copied it to Norton, but as yet have heard from neither (only 18 days so far though). However, on checking RM track and trace our letter to Norton has not been delivered. We sent this letter to the address on our old paperwork (the mortgage was repaid in Nov 2007) and are now wondering whether Norton have changed address - or worse still, gone bust
Can anyone confirm whether the address we should be using for Norton is the one in Mansfield Road, Rotherham, please?

Re: Swift/Norton.....
Hi dx,
Thank you! I'm pleased to hear that - well, not pleased that they're still fleecing people you understand, but pleased that there's a chance we may get our money back
Maybe the problem lies with the RM Track and Trace facility, which doesn't always appear to update properly when an item has been delivered
