is it posssible to bank online with beneficial in the uk? i want to pay my loan off in full because i've had nothing but trouble with beneficial and hfc.

i phoned up the branch holding my account and told them i wanted to make a payment they were really unhelpful, they said that the information i was giving them was incorrect (even though i was reading it from a letter they sent me).

i thought maybe i could pay online but the beneficial website appears to be american i.e. i,m being asked for a social security number and i don't have one! can anyone help thanx
