Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We took our car in as there was a problem with the brake on the rear left and the suspension or something on the front right wheels.
Less then a year ago, the same garage replaced the rear brake pads (after we complained about the back left), and the engine mounts (?) on the front.
Now they are saying the exact same problem has happened to the car, surely if there was a problem with the amount of mileage or weight in the car etc, one of the other brake pads would have gone and not just the same one we had a problem with last year, and i cant rememeber the name of the engine mount thing for the front, but its the same thing that was replaced less the 12months ago.
Could be completly different and unrelated, hoever did you keep the paperwork from the last repair to check, pads and/or calipers sre different and there usually more than one engine mount/location!
