    Default Help With CCA

    Hi

    Can you tell me the minimum requirements to challege a Potentially Unenforceable agreement? Does the finance have to be between a certain amount, i think alot of the websites say £2500-£25000

    Secondly, once i receive my agreement, How can I tell if it is unenforceable, or what mistakes do i look out for?

    I've never heard of any minimum requirement, when challeging a Potentially Unenforceable agreement.
