Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.

Hi All, been reading on here for a bit now really good advice!
I using the info on here requested a copy of my CCA for a river island store card account, today I recieved a copy back of what looks like a store application along with a subheading on the same page entitled 'Credit agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974'
In the signature box there is my signature but it is not dated even though in the same box it says 'Date(s) of Signature(s)' and underneath there is a box entitled 'Signature on behalf of GW Capital Bank Limited' with somebodys signature in but on the date of agreement section there it says clearly '01/09' yet Ive had the account over 5 years! This doesnt not seem right to me at all! Any advice on what action next to take?
Thanks a lot for reading and any advice! Much Appreciated!
Best thing to do is post the document up using a site like photobucket (remove your personal details) then folks will have an idea of how it looks.
