Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I've just had a letter today asking if i would consider selling my car back to ford as they are in high demand and has a higher than usual value to them right now.
Is this just a con to get me into their car studio? We are needing to sell the car soon due to needing a larger car but dont want a ford but surely if they are asking me for it they are willing to pay a higher price than i would get if i privately sold?
Cotact them and find out; but do really think they are going to pay over the odds unless it is part of a deal on another car; all about moving stock at the moment, so you could get a good deal if your in the market for a change.
Tell them to put their money where their mouth is and do a straight swop, brand new one for yours, no cash either way.
