I can't believe it, just been watching "bailiffs" on 109 (Watch) on Sky, and this guy, working for Drakes in London - Blatantly takes a call from a "customer" whilst driving, using a hand held phone! He even takes both hands off the wheel to pass it from one ear to the other - Surely we must be able to report this??
They do really think they are a law unto themselves!
