    Default trying to cancel 3g contract

    i have an 18 month contract with 3,
    its for the usb dongle internet
    have three months left and trying to cancel.
    i have said i would pay up the rest of contract.

    different dept and forever on old.

    ive seen so many horror stories about 3 on CAGicon about getting bills from DCAicon months after and defaults

    who do i write into, thats in the uk
    any body been down this route

    and yes

    while being on hold with 3g

    just beencut off again

    seems they dont want to see me go

    seriouse now

    i just want to pay up the three months left on my contract, close it down,

    and not be hounded for a few quid down the line by some scumbag dca

    Don't bother with the phone. Give them the 90 days left as notice and send it by recorded or special delivery letter.

    Keep all the correspondence for eternity.

    For the sake of 12 weeks, it is far sensible to make the fullest use of the provided bandwidth bundle. They cannot terminate in advance without invoking all the horrors of penalties and you miss out on the remaining benefits which are your right.
