    Default CCAd A+L :Is this agreement enforceable please?

    Hi Guys!!!

    I have uploaded this from my recent CCA of A+L loan taken out in 2003.

    Anybody think it is enforceable?

    Are the images big enough?

    It looks enforceable to me as the prescribed terms are all there and your signatureicon appears within 4 corners of these terms.

    If you could increase the size of the images though, it would make it a bit easier to give a better judgment

    I am not an expert, but I can give good advice about Brighthouse

    Am learning more and more about DCA's too

    I have no legal experience and all advice given is based on the knowledge I've gained from this site.

    I would still say it is enforceable.....
