Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi All, has anyone who has a claim on hold received a letter from A&L's new solicitors, seems like they have kicked wragge and co out and got some new guys, Ashurst. Shouldnt affect claims at all but it'll be interesting seeing how the new guys are?

Hi Jenny how are you? Long time no speak! I've not had anything from new solicitor? Wonder what that's all about?! Really hope our claims get sorted this year as, like everyone else, I could do with the cash and we've been put on hold for far too long!
me too hun, this has been going on FAR too long now, the letter just says that they are the new solicitors and it encloses a form sent to the courts, nothing about my case - just a general letter.

Letter signed by a Paralegal.
Obviously a template.
I would like some advice if any of you can offer any - the whole site seems to have gone very quiet since the test case began - things may just start moving again. :-?
