CAP ONE made an offer of £800 which I rejected but they refused to up it so I accepted as I needed to pay for my hols.
LTSB refused to pay out after 2 letters and told me if I was not happy to write fo Ombudsman
However,I had the same scenaro when reclaiming bank charges.
On that occasion I made a claim to the courts and they paid up in full the week before the court date.
Should I do the same this time or write to Ombudsman ?
Not sure how court cases are going for PPI
