Thread: Insurance claim help

I have recently comeback from France skiing with my family, my husband broke his ankle and had to fly back early for an operation in the uk. I am writing for help on how and what to claim back. We are with the Nat West account insurance. I did telephone them to ask but they were very vague. I asked if i could claim phone calls, as there people were suppose to phone us back to reshedule the flight but they never called thus incurring me further phone charges, they said yea well put them down but I doubt you will get paid for it. Also it mentions hospital stays in the brochure but I presume this means whilst in France not in the uk? I would appriciate advise on this

My insurance paid out for Taxi's and phone call's that I made from the hotel, but then again I had a paper copy from the hotel and also the taxi driver, if you used your mobile then I would add this to your claim...
