Thread: Egg and recorded delivery

Has anyone found that when sending Egg correspondence by recorded delivery, that it takes ages for confirmation to show on the Royal Mail website? I sent a letter on 16th March and its still showing as accepted at my local post office. Previous letters have taken a while to show as delivered, but this is a record!

I had a similar situation. After a week I resent by Special Delivery. That arrived signed for OK.

I posted my CCA request on the 17th March and it is still not showing as delivered; I will claim compensation for Royal Mail and send it Special Delivery instead.
