Thread: me v r.b.o.s

hi everyone,
as I said the other day, I got carried away initially and did not formally ask for details of charges levied to my acc. but merely asked them to return anything they owed me.
They offered me £80 which I refused.
I am now starting from scratch with the Data Protection letter. The more I use this site the clearer everything becomes., and thanks to the help and advice of forum members, my confidence in actually fighting for my charges is increasing at every step.
