As for the agreement I'm no expert. The paragraph below the signature box, "blah blah blah only binding on us if it is returned within 60 days and we have completed our final checks" is what interests me. I don't understand how it can be deemed an agreement when you have effectively yet to be accepted. Its like the final part of an application.
