Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have just posted my first request to A & L requesting £351 of bank charges and received what l beleive to be 'a standard letter' refusing my request. The interesting point of the letter states that' the OFT were referring to late payment charges only in repect to credit card payments'. Is this true?
Hmmmmm not as far as im aware, otherwise we sould not have had some many winning cases!
However the report is available to read so have a good look through
Good luck
