Thread: how long does it take?cc charges

would like to know how long does the process of claiming cc charges take on average?had a claims company take care of my charges but dont seem to be getting anywhere. any info much appreciated

Sorry your seem to have problems with your claims company but how long have you given them ?

It would appear that they aren't very good if they have not managed to resolve this over a 3 month period.

You will probably have more success doing this yourself using the letters in the template section - The Consumer Forums - Bank charges templates (consumer)

and edited to suit.
