Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
many thanks , i will because if it helps others and myself to beat the buggers, and force them to see the error of their ways, not that it will , but we live in hope . not sure how far HSBC ll go , sent a SAR to them , but they do not know that i am one of lifes horders and have 90% of my paperwork any way . whats the maximium limit for a small claims courts
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
thank you , my claims over a twenty yr period and four seperate account s ( all listed in my SAR ) and one HSBC credit card over a seven yr stint with added PPI but not by me , by them . all SAR s sent seperate so hopefully i file seperate claims via the court to ultra confuse the bank and get a result in one or two of em or god willing all of em . thankyou sir
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp

Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
yes but i can see you ve had a few victorys and thats what counts , expect you d not think twice to take any one on now and judging by the amount of posts you have steered many people in the right direction
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
not sure if am to use this thread for my HSBC battle, have had a crovely letter back from one part of this large goliath but because of the size of them i ve had a couple of snooty ones too, i was with em over twenty years and have been tucked into most of their products of profit they have, and i am now trying to turn the tables on them, also requested my busines SAR s sent them in march, direct to my branch because i know they must have the paperwork even though it was a few yrs ago ,but because my accounts still open [ although i have set up a parachute account first] they said they have not cashed my SAR cheque and are doing this out of the kindness of their hearts bless em
i have to now sperate the mess work it all out and stand back, wish me luck
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
hi right am almost there have nearly all my SAR back from them, now the fun bit what can i claim back, and regarding a business account what can i claim back from that , when my SAR comes for this one too , and do i still need to do a spreadsheet for that one too . many thanks
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
also because of the limit s on the amount you can claim via a small claims court, and because i have had a few accounts with HSBC of the years , am i best to do each one seperate , not that i think i will hit the limit with any one claim, but collectively i proberbly will , and would this increase my chances of a win in some of them (all hopefully ) and would this if all done at once make them more liable to fold and accept. or have i been watching to much telly
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
hi maroondevo , i got a reply ref all my previous policys with HSBC,ie income protection plan, mortagage protection plan with critical illness cover, personal loan protection PPI, cardholder repayment protector plan.
its four pages long and denys mis selling all bar the loan ppi of which they offer £1400.
a start but i know i was mis sold card ppi , ive never had any policy details or any bumf regarding this , i do keep everything, ref the other policys well , they would get you in the managers office and interrogate you , pushing you etc and wording it as such that you felt obliged to do , sign say ok , etc ref the card ppi they only have a copy of the bank generated print machine sheet i signed, and not a proper agreement , will post if helps, and any of the ppi was certainly never ever discribed explained etc properly.
i will go through the letter and disect it slowly,as you can imagine it s full of goblley gook
Re: charley vs hsbcx2 / cap 1/ B card/funding corp
their offer was without predjudice, and was a final offer that included my credit card PPI as well as a few other HSBC products, that these jackalls pound into you( WILL I ACCEPT, AS IF, NO CHANCE , WILL PROPERBLY WORD MY REPLY TO ACCEPT THE OFFER FOR THE COMPLAINT OF MINE FOR A LOAN PPI REFUND , BUT NOT TO AGREE WITH THEIR WISH TO CONCLUDE MY COMPLAINTS REF ALL MY RELEVENT ISSUES WITH THIS LOT)AT LEAST I HAVE PROGRESS OF SORTS,
