my mother has been rushed into hospital and is in a coma,she was due to go on holiday on the21/04/09 but i had to telephone to cancel because she obviously cant go now,thomas cook have said you can only get refunded £257 of £588 which she has paid in full,under the circumstances is this correct.
Just joined and I dont know how to post a question - I have booked a holiday in this country with my parents and have been sent a brochure offering insurance which states that if we can't go for any reason the company can make us pay in full (not just lose the deposit) because the booking is a legally binding contract - is this true?
