we dont actively encourage using any method inc a cca request to avoid paying your just dues.
p'haps in your case, it might be better to write to the creditor, TELLING them they will only be receiving £XX for XX mts due to the current ecomonic crisis & asking if they will please freeze the interst & refrain from placing anymore charges on the A/C.
whilst on the subject of charges, you probably have loads.
why not start the process of reclaiming these & any PPI you migght have been mis-sold too.
