I have 12 months to pay on my car finance totalling 3k. I have had the car 3 years but foolishly never got it serviced but have had the car repaired when required. Will this now go against me?
Hi and welcome to the forums.
Can you please explain exactly what you think will go against you and why?
You have 12 months to pay on your car finance- yes?
You presumably intend to pay off the finance and keep the car- Yes?
The only person worried that it hasn't been serviced would be a prospective buyer.
But you really should get it serviced. It will make the car last much longer.
I have had a car on HP for 2 years and now qualify for motobility which would be better for me, can I return the car and what would be the problems I may encounter?
What does it say in your HP agreement regarding returning the car? Do the stipulate that you can return the car before the end of the agreement and do they stipulate any conditions such as servicing records?
Well if it is in your agreement that you can return the car and she has said they are not concerned about the service history you have no problems.
Can you type exactly what it says in the agreement about returning the car?
