Ok last month myself and a friend booked and paid for 2 tickets from Great Yarmouth to Nottingham, first part of journey ok, but on the Midlands train the conductor looked at our tickets and said we hadnt paid enough and took another £21.40 off me. I got these tickets on the pc from Raileasy, no other conductor said anything about my tickets. After sending numerous emails to Raileasy they are now ignoring me. I asked for the managers email address, sent an email to him last week, still no reply. I want my £21.40, I know its not a lot of money, but I am disabled, and money is short.
