In the first instance you would send a CCA request to Barclaycard You will need to include a £1.00 postal order.

    1: Making a PPI claim ? - Q & A's and spreadsheets for single premium policy - HERE
2: Take back control of your finances - Debt Diaries
3: Feel Bullied by Creditors or Debt Collectors? Read Here
4: Staying Calm About Debt Read Here
5: Forum rules - These have been updated - Please Read
    BCOBS

When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition, they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to have happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI Insurance has been sorted. Now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.

    Hi TD,

If you don't have all your statements, consider sending a SARicon too, so you can quantify the penalty charges made on this a/c.

It will depend on what entries were made, when and by whom. Queries on this can be put here - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...efault-issues/

You didn't say if there are any penalty charges on the a/c - if there are, the negative markers on the a/c will be inaccurate and this should enable you to challenge the entries.

Hi i have no idea about added charges yet as they didnt send a break down or full statement, just a balance of the account.

If you don't have the statements to show what charges were made to the a/c, you need to send a SARicon.
