Hi i have a credit card with this lot but not paid on it for a while it has a balance of £1400 over the last year they have not added any interest, looking on expirian barclaycard is on there and also HFO sevices ltd for the same debt, HFO have put a default on this account but barclycard havn't, not heard anything from either of them but that could be because i didnt tell them i had moved, since i cleared the welcome finance debt i want to clear the rest i owe but dont know wether to contact them via a cca request to see if they have a cosha agreement and see what charges have been put on it, and if so do i send it to barlaycard or HFO.

When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition, they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Hi just an update on this, looking at my experian report i have this HFO services entering data on this account aswell as barclaycard is it right they can both do this? or should it be only one dealing with it?
You didn't say if there are any penalty charges on the a/c - if there are, the negative markers on the a/c will be inaccurate and this should enable you to challenge the entries.

Hi i sent a CCA request on the 29th of april to barclaycard to date i have heard nothing from them via post not even to confirm they recieved it, the only thing i have heard was through experian as an alert that barclaycard had noted a dispute by the customer on the account.
When would the 12 + 2 days be up i worked it out to be the 19th may is that correct. ta
