Goldfish is a Morgan Stanley Bank Brand Of Credit Card-
Claim ALL of Your £20.00 fines back plus the interest that you have been charged, for each fine and from each individual fine date-
Read up on the FAQ's and you will find out what you can claim. It is advised now to send a schedule of charges with your preliminary letter. As you have not done this I suggest that you send it with your lba assuming that you will need to send one.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
Should you be offered help that requires payment please report it to site team.

Yea I will. Looks like I will have to send the interest and a schedule of charges with my lba. I will have to send an LBA as Marie basically told me I will be offered 60%.
Does anyone know if Goldfish are closing down accounts??

Hi Juicy-
I of course agree with caro-
You need to read the FAQ's and..
it makes no difference that its MS!
You can claim back the actual interest that you paid in relation to each fine, from each fine date and up to the day of judgement.
If you have not added it yet, then add it on to your lba, with which you should be sending a schedule of the charges that you are claiming.
Sorry I think we may have crossed wires. I know you can claim the interest when you file your claim online, as this is what I did with Nationwide, is this when you mean? Or do you mean I can claim the Interest now? If thats the case then I wasnt aware of that. Am gonna read through the FAQ's now as some things seem to be chaging.
Juicy
Also I am worried they will close our credit card!!!
