Default £25 Bounced direct debit charges resulting from collecting payments when Loan account was in dispute

I wonder if anyone can help? My flexi loan account is in disputeicon following a CCA request. My current account has had flexi loan payments debited for months since the loan account went into dispute and as a result my current account went into overdraft and has now exceeded the overdraft limit. In addition, the current account has had direct debiticon return charges debited at £25.00. The direct debits would not have been returned if the flexi loan payments had not been collected.

Any thoughts on how to deal with this would be welcome particularly if the direct debit return charges are unlawful.

You mght consider cancelling the direct debiticon, his would prevent further charges being levied, whilst the DD is set up the loan company will continue to call for funds.
