    Default Trading Standards Help please

    Hi all

I want to complain to trading standards, as two coy's, GE MONEY & M & S MORE MONEY, have both refused to comply with my CCA request, they are demanding a signatureicon on the letter which for obvious reasons, I refuse to supply.

I have been advised to complain to trading standards as believe they are deliberately using ths to stall providing inormation which I know they don't have.

I have been on their website and are a bit of a loss to know if it is local trading standards I complain to?

    Can anyone advise. Thx.

Perhaps I'm being a bit thick but anyone could write to these companies stating they are you. A signatureicon would be a good way for companies to prove they believed they were supplying the information to correct individual. I assume you are unwilling to do this in case they 'copy' it. I bet they wouldn't produce such a document in a court of law though.
