Hi all.
The fosrecently upheld my complaint after loans.co.uk made it go to an Ombudsman.
I am a very impatient person and hate waiting around. The FOS gave loans .co.uk 4 weeks to put in the position had I not taken PPIout. This means they have to recalculate the loan and pay me back what I have already paid.
Now I have been thinking that as loans .co.uk do not actually hold the loan(it is a secured loan) will the company (kensington mortgages) actually allow them to change the loan. Do you think that maybe they will go for the easy option and just pay us a lump sum(the fos had calclulatedwhat this would be) Has anybody been in this situatiuon before???
Loans.co.uk have 2 weeks left to deal with this as the fos gave them 4 weeks from 4th March. As yet I have not hreard a thing from loans.co.uk not even a we are dealing with it or the payment of compensation the fos said they had to pay. Like I said am very impatient.
olives xx
