Thread: Goodwill gesture

Hi i recieved a good will gesture today, having read threads i see it says accept it but dont sign the form my question is do i write a letter saying i accept it as a partial payment? i cant find a template letter for this or do i wait until its time to send the lba and change the beginning? Any advice would be appreciated

you can either send a letter saying you accept there offer in partial payment but are continuing claiming the rest or send a letter saying you will not accept anything less then you are claiming!
