Hi, I am at the start of looking into my crapone account and had a S.A.R. returned last week, included in this were some very very badly photocopied t&c for PPI.
I notice that on my application/agreement there is nothing to say I'd agreed to PPI although the letter that accompanied the SAR stated I had applied online for PPI.
Looking at the t&c it states that a certificate of insurance would be sent to me to keep and this would show my level of cover... I didnt get this... there is nothing in the SAR that mentions this either but it states in the t&c that they say were in force for the PPI at the time I applied for this card.
