My agreement has a policy doc included for Life Insurance in the form of a little booklet stating admin by the direct group and underwritten by norwich union, all in black and white. We have SAR`d welcome, direct group and as well as e-mailing norwich uniopn a have SAR`them also. If this renders agreements unenforceable then great. Im off to the CAB tommorrow on my day off. I want to play my part in bringing down welcome as they have lied to us and treated us like dirt.
