relax, its a [problem]. Don't contact them just ignore them and their follow on letters. that invoice is unlawful and illegal (they are committing criminal offences) . keep hold of it (its evidence of their sins) and any follow on letters they send. please post up their follow on letters - suitably washed of personal details of course. They will probably get even further from the law in those.
it's good to know there are still nice people in the world too!

Just to add - local police (I contacted them to make sure the firm was real!) said that this firm had even 'ticketed' two of their marked patrol cars! This is why i worried because they obviously don't care one iota about consequences.
