Default PPI (payment break plan) skycard

    hi all

i have had a skycard (barclaycard) since 2006
i have been paying for a paymen break plan

i have sent for CCA and Subject access requesticon
they have replied with statments and signed agreement
but there is no mention of payment break plan
i am self employed and when i called to try and claim a payment break
i was refused and advised by them to cancel the plan

    i have paid £734.07
even though there is ne evidence that i ever requested to have it

    my question is this
can i claim this money back
    its not classed as PPIicon

thanks in advance for any advice

    DH

    ok
i spoke to skycard about the payment break plan
i was told that even though there is no mention of it in the CCA
or anything in their response to the SARicon
he said " there would have been a tick box "
i dont remember a tick box

i cant see that just sending me copies of all statements is all that is required to comply with SARicon

    any thoughts?

    thanks DH
