Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have made a request for my statements along with my £10 to RBS Credit card.
I dont have too many issues with them personally, but I have had my CC with them for over 10 years now, and I know on at least 4 occasions I can remember in the past year or so I have made a payment late and been charged £25.
Just so I am clear, these are the charges I can claim back, that and any charges for bounced cheques I may have sent them (i only know of one).
Late payment charge, over limit charge. Charge for bounced cheque would come under late payment charge (and possibly overlimit as well, if th einterest they charged then took you over limit)
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
