I am in the long process of claiming back PPI from Royal Bank of Scotland on my credit card.I wrote to the bank to ask for it back and they refused.After i had received there final response i wrote to the fos to see if they could help.
The last i heard from FOS was around October last year when they told me that they would be handing my claim over to an advisor.
I know they are very busy with claims but i hoped i would have had an update by now
I will try and dig out my correspondence with them tomorrow so i can give a better timescale of events
Any way to speed up my claim?
