Looking for some help....
I had an Egg Credit card between 03 and 04 and recently wrote to claim my PPI back.
I have had a letter informing me that, "we do not provide an advisory service as part of our online application, you were asked to read the Ts&Cs governing this policy and you were required to specifically confirm that you agreed to them."
Egg have said that they cannot uphold my claim.
This may sound like a daft question, but can I go back to them or is that it?
