not sure if i am in the right forum but could some one check out my agreement and see if it is valid in respect of the PPI.
I would like to know if a) the loan agreement is valid...i have read somewhere that the agreements need to be set out in a certain way...and
b) i have not ticked the box re personal loan repayments cover.
