hi to you all been reading this site for a while now great advice and help now i need help i have a car on lease through my company the lease finished in march but because i missed the last payment the lease company have now sent me a default notice and are aking for the car to be returned plus the outstanding balloon payment of 12000 pounds as i have defaulted
shall i return the car and what about the £12000 they are asking for or do i just wait till they get a county court order for the return of the car and also can i just wait till it goes to court and apply for a lower payment of the balloon payment as i am off sick due to ill health
sorry if this seems so long but i would realy apreciate any help on this as i have other lease problems that i will post later .many thanks
