I'm after PPI on my creation financial (JJB) account (on the basis that I was unemployed at the time of taking out the card) having successfully reclaimed charges. Am waiting for a phone call today having ascertained that they do not have records of my original cca. Yesterday I spoke to someone on the phone who said that they will need proof of my unemployment and then they will pay in full. When I said "what proof" I was asked if I was on benefits (which I wasnt) and that I dont have proof - they made me hold the line and then came back and said that I wouldnt have got the card if I was unemployed to which I replied "but I did get the card and I was unemployed!" I will get back to you tomorrow morning she said - I will let you know what happens! Watch this space!

Full refund offered plus 8% interest - I asked why 8% when they have been charging me 39% but wouldnt budge from 8%.
