Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have a £16,000 loan with HSBC and corresponding monthly PPI cover. I have claimed on the insurance once when I had an injury and couldn't work for a month (they paid out for one month). For the last few years I have also been self employed.
I am going to cancel the insurance anyway but just checking before I do, can I claim a refund even though I made a claim on the insurance? Bit cheeky, I know, but I don't want to miss out on a chance to get my money back.
