Need some urgent advise. I have been going through my CCA for a secured loan I have. I have phoned them this morning as I beleived that I was the 1st named person on the loan (which they have confirmed that I am). However, on the agreement it is my partner who is the 1st named and I am the 2nd. This means in my eyes that the PPI part is invalid as their system says that I am the 1st named person but the CCA doesn't. My question is does this make the entire agreement invalid or just the PPI or neither?
They have just called my back and said that I am correct in the fact that I am the 1st named person but the agreement states that I am the 2nd. They have also stated that they have logged this as an official complaint (which I haven't asked that they do) and that this will be looked into in 28 days but a maximum of 56 days.
