just checked on line to make sure the direct debit we pay to Egg has gone through, it went through yesterday and it now says the next payment is due tomorrow. I have rung and rung them, my boss will go mad when he sees the phone bill.I have held on as long as I can, just get a messgae saying they are extremeley busy. I sent them an e-mail but it said they can take up to three days to reply.
