Thread: HELP! What Next???

Hello

I went through all the stages as mentioned on this website. Now I am at the stage where the BOS is due me £2,536.00 and I have severed this and entered my first claim for £738.00 + Costs + interest. I have received my confirmation from the Sheriff Court that my summons has been delivered to the BoS.

I'm just getting a little nervous as I have not heard anything else from Bank...one thing that really concerns me is that on the last day of my 2nd deadline they offered me £1,207 to settle the entire complaint...since my claim is only for certain two dates could this be a problem since I am claiming for £738.00???

There's a similar thread under the General-->Scotland forum if I remember correctly, the jist of things on there was that the Bank didn't offer you a Full Refund, and you are now simply following the steps that you said you would in your Prelim & lba's.

There's only a very slim chance that they'll actually let it get to Court, and I'd expect a letter from one of their solicitors before too long offering you a full refund of your initial Claim.

Make sure that they include the additional 8% (they won't unless you ask), along with the Court Fee's before you accept this.

Then, simply repeat the process again for the remainder of your claim(s).
