Hi all im new to this, and completly sick of the way A&L have handled my account over the last few years.
So I now feel it is time to stand up to the high street bullys and claim what is rightfully mine.
I have had a good read through this site and found it very helpful and will deffo be donateing.
ps just reading through the SAR and noticed it does not say how many years statements I require. Do they just send 6 yrs out as standard?

They should send you everything they have on you.
Depends on which Bank, or Building Society.
I only got 6 years from Capital 1, but the Northern Rock sent me stacks of stuff, right back to when I opened my account about 25 years ago

Thanks for your replies, I have gone through my statements and the robbing so and so's have took over £800 from me.
can I also claim back monthly overdraft charges of £5?
