Ppi - Account In Dispute Letter?
Hi there,
Could anyone advise please whether there is a specific account in dispute letter template which could be used for a loan account on which the mis-selling of PPI is an issue?
I have already contacted the bank regarding the mis-selling of PPI and now want to let them know the account is in dispute as a result of this - especially as it appears to have now been passed to a DCA who are insisting the full balance is paid immediately and I would like to inform them of the situation also.
