I looked into claiming about 2 years ago but a house fire meant that I subsequently lost my statements and the spreadsheet I had been working on. I am now looking at restarting my claim but I need to get copy statements from A&L again. Ths thing is, as I have delayed it, the majority of my charges were over 6 years ago. What can I do about this?
