Default PPI Cancellation should I they restructure my payments?

    Hi,

I am currently in discussions with Lloydsicon TSB about reclaiming PPIicon as I have an existing medical condition that I believe invalidates this policy. Whilst it is being decided LLoyds have cancelled the future PPI payments however they are saying this will just come off the back end of the loan and it will just mean the loan finishes early - I would prefer it to b=mean lower payments every month - can Lloyds force me to take it off the end or can I demand they restructure the payments?

    Thanks

Have you got your agreement? If the agreement lists PPIicon and the capital as separate items and with separate monthly payments then I would have though that you would have a good case for them simply removing the PPI element of the monthly payment but maintaining the term - I doubt Lloydsicon will be so helpful though

If you can keep you head when all of those around you are losing theirs try parking your helicopter somewhere else
